5. Pāṭidesanīyakaṇḍaṃ (bhikkhunīvibhaṅgo)

1. Paṭhamapāṭidesanīyasikkhāpadaṃ

Ime kho panāyyāyo aṭṭha pāṭidesanīyā

Dhammā uddesaṃ āgacchanti.

1228. Tena samayena buddho bhagavā sāvatthiyaṃ viharati jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme. Tena kho pana samayena chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjanti. Manussā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma bhikkhuniyo sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjissanti! Kassa sampannaṃ na manāpaṃ, kassa sāduṃ na ruccatī’’ti! Assosuṃ kho bhikkhuniyo tesaṃ manussānaṃ ujjhāyantānaṃ khiyyantānaṃ vipācentānaṃ. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā…pe… tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjissantī’’ti…pe… saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, chabbaggiyā, bhikkhuniyo sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjantīti? ‘‘Saccaṃ, bhagavā’’ti. Vigarahi buddho bhagavā…pe… kathañhi nāma, bhikkhave, chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjissanti! Netaṃ, bhikkhave, appasannānaṃ vā pasādāya…pe… evañca pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyo imaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ uddisantu –

‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya, paṭidesetabbaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā – ‘gārayhaṃ, ayye, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī’’’ti.

Evañcidaṃ bhagavatā bhikkhunīnaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ paññattaṃ hoti.

1229. Tena kho pana samayena bhikkhuniyo gilānā honti. Gilānapucchikā bhikkhuniyo gilānā bhikkhuniyo etadavocuṃ – ‘‘kacci, ayye, khamanīyaṃ, kacci yāpanīya’’nti? ‘‘Pubbe mayaṃ, ayye, sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjāma, tena no phāsu hoti; idāni pana ‘‘bhagavatā paṭikkhitta’’nti kukkuccāyantā na viññāpema, tena no na phāsu hotī’’ti…pe… bhagavato etamatthaṃ ārocesuṃ…pe… anujānāmi, bhikkhave, gilānāya bhikkhuniyā sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjituṃ . Evañca pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyo imaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ uddisantu –

1230.‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya, paṭidesetabbaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā – ‘gārayhaṃ, ayye, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ taṃ paṭidesemī’’’ti.

1231.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Agilānā nāma yassā vinā sappinā phāsu hoti.

Gilānā nāma yassā vinā sappinā na phāsu hoti.

Sappi nāma gosappi vā ajikāsappi vā mahiṃsasappi vā. Yesaṃ maṃsaṃ kappati tesaṃ sappi.

Agilānā attano atthāya viññāpeti, payoge dukkaṭaṃ. Paṭilābhena ‘‘bhuñjissāmī’’ti paṭiggaṇhāti, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Ajjhohāre ajjhohāre āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa.

1232. Agilānā agilānasaññā sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjati, āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa. Agilānā vematikā sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjati, āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa. Agilānā gilānasaññā sappiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjati, āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa.

Gilānā agilānasaññā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Gilānā vematikā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Gilānā gilānasaññā, anāpatti.

1233. Anāpatti gilānāya, gilānā hutvā viññāpetvā agilānā bhuñjati, gilānāya sesakaṃ bhuñjati, ñātakānaṃ pavāritānaṃ, aññassatthāya, attano dhanena, ummattikāya, ādikammikāyāti.

应忏悔法品（比丘尼分别）
第一应忏悔学处
这些是八条应忏悔法，来到诵出。
那时，佛陀住在舍卫城祇树给孤独园。当时，六群比丘尼索要酥油后食用。人们抱怨、批评、传播说："怎么比丘尼们索要酥油后就食用呢!谁不喜欢丰盛的食物,谁不喜欢美味呢?"比丘尼们听到那些人抱怨、批评、传播。那些少欲的比丘尼们...抱怨、批评、传播说:"怎么六群比丘尼索要酥油后就食用呢?"...诸比丘,六群比丘尼索要酥油后食用,是真的吗?"真的,世尊。"佛陀呵责道...诸比丘,六群比丘尼怎么索要酥油后就食用呢!诸比丘,这不能令不信者生信...,诸比丘,比丘尼们应当如此诵出此学处:
"若比丘尼索要酥油后食用,该比丘尼应当忏悔:'尊者,我犯了应受呵责、不适当、应忏悔的法,我对此忏悔。'"
世尊如此为比丘尼们制定了学处。
当时,有比丘尼生病。照顾病人的比丘尼对生病的比丘尼说:"尊者,可以忍受吗?可以维持吗?""尊者,我们以前索要酥油后食用,那样我们感觉舒服;现在因为'世尊禁止了'而有顾虑不索要,因此我们感觉不舒服。"...他们将此事告诉世尊...世尊说:"诸比丘,我允许生病的比丘尼索要酥油后食用。诸比丘,比丘尼们应当如此诵出此学处:
1230."若比丘尼无病而索要酥油后食用,该比丘尼应当忏悔:'尊者,我犯了应受呵责、不适当、应忏悔的法,我对此忏悔。'"
若比丘尼:即无论是什么...比丘尼:...在此义中意指此比丘尼。
无病:即不用酥油也感觉舒服。
有病:即不用酥油就感觉不舒服。
酥油:即牛酥油、山羊酥油、水牛酥油。允许食用其肉的动物的酥油。
无病而为自己索要,在行动时犯恶作。得到后"我要食用"而接受,犯恶作。每次吞咽时犯应忏悔。
无病而想是无病,索要酥油后食用,犯应忏悔。无病而怀疑,索要酥油后食用,犯应忏悔。无病而想是有病,索要酥油后食用,犯应忏悔。
有病而想是无病,犯恶作。有病而怀疑,犯恶作。有病而想是有病,无犯。
无犯的情况:有病者,有病时索要后无病时食用,食用有病者的剩余,亲戚的、邀请的、为他人、用自己的财物、疯狂者、最初犯者。
第一应忏悔学处结束。
第二等应忏悔学处

1236.‘‘Yā pana bhikkhunī agilānā (telaṃ…pe… madhuṃ…pe… phāṇitaṃ…pe… macchaṃ…pe… maṃsaṃ…pe… khīraṃ…pe…) dadhiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjeyya, paṭidesetabbaṃ tāya bhikkhuniyā – ‘gārayhaṃ, ayye, dhammaṃ āpajjiṃ asappāyaṃ pāṭidesanīyaṃ, taṃ paṭidesemī’’’ti.

1237.Yā panāti yā yādisā…pe… bhikkhunīti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.

Agilānā nāma yassā vinā dadhinā phāsu hoti.

Gilānā nāma yassā vinā dadhinā na phāsu hoti.

Telaṃ nāma tilatelaṃ sāsapatelaṃ madhukatelaṃ eraṇḍatelaṃ vasātelaṃ.

Madhu nāma makkhikāmadhu. Phāṇitaṃ nāma ucchumhā nibbattaṃ. Maccho nāma odako vuccati. Maṃsaṃ nāma yesaṃ maṃsaṃ kappati tesaṃ maṃsaṃ. Khīraṃ nāma gokhīraṃ vā ajikākhīraṃ vā mahiṃsakhīraṃ vā yesaṃ maṃsaṃ kappati tesaṃ khīraṃ. Dadhi nāma tesaññeva dadhi.

Agilānā attano atthāya viññāpeti, payoge dukkaṭaṃ. Paṭilābhena bhuñjissāmīti paṭiggaṇhāti, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Ajjhohāre ajjhohāre āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa.

1238. Agilānā agilānasaññā dadhiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjati, āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa . Agilānā vematikā dadhiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjati, āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa. Agilānā gilānasaññā dadhiṃ viññāpetvā bhuñjati, āpatti pāṭidesanīyassa.

Gilānā agilānasaññā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Gilānā vematikā, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Gilānā gilānasaññā anāpatti.

油：即芝麻油、芥子油、蜜蜡油、蓖麻油、动物脂油。
蜂蜜：即蜜蜂所产的蜂蜜。糖浆：即从甘蔗提取的。鱼：指水生动物。肉：指允许食用其肉的动物的肉。牛奶：指牛奶、山羊奶、水牛奶，或允许食用其肉的动物的奶。酸奶：指这些动物的酸奶。
无病而为自己索要，在行动时犯恶作。得到后"我要食用"而接受，犯恶作。每次吞咽时犯应忏悔。
无病而想是无病，索要酸奶后食用，犯应忏悔。无病而怀疑，索要酸奶后食用，犯应忏悔。无病而想是有病，索要酸奶后食用，犯应忏悔。
有病而想是无病，犯恶作。有病而怀疑，犯恶作。有病而想是有病，无犯。

1239. Anāpatti gilānāya, gilānā hutvā viññāpetvā agilānā bhuñjati, gilānāya sesakaṃ bhuñjati, ñātakānaṃ pavāritānaṃ, aññassatthāya, attano dhanena, ummattikāya, ādikammikāyāti.

Aṭṭhamapāṭidesanīyasikkhāpadaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

Uddiṭṭhā kho, ayyāyo, aṭṭha pāṭidesanīyā dhammā. Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Dutiyampi pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Tatiyampi pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Parisuddhetthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evametaṃ dhārayāmīti.

Bhikkhunivibhaṅge pāṭidesanīyakaṇḍaṃ niṭṭhitaṃ.

无犯的情况：有病者，有病时索要后无病时食用，食用有病者的剩余，亲戚的、邀请的、为他人、用自己的财物、疯狂者、最初犯者。
第八应忏悔学处结束。
尊者们，八条应忏悔法已经诵出。在此我问尊者们："你们于此清净吗？"我再次问："你们于此清净吗？"我第三次问："你们于此清净吗？"尊者们于此清净，因此默然。我如是持此。
比丘尼分别中应忏悔法品结束。
